Carter's Retail in the United States seeks a Part Time Sales Manager who serves as the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product styles and benefits, and coach team members to deliver a friendly, inclusive shopping experience.

You’ll lead by example on service standards, drive a positive omni-channel approach, and support the Store Manager with daily operations.
