Job summary

Carter's Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face for growing families. You’ll lead a team, promote our baby essentials, and create an inclusive, welcoming environment while coaching for strong results.

You’ll balance customer service with store operations, drive omni-channel sales, and ensure brand standards, scheduling, and safety are upheld across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer and technology skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide product assistance on our brands.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver an omni-channel experience.
• Manage multiple tasks and store operations with a positive, inclusive environment.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and uphold brand standards.
• Support duties as Leader on Duty and respond to customer concerns promptly.
