Job summary

Carter’s in New Jersey is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who serves as the brand’s first face for growing families. You’ll lead by example on customer service, product knowledge, and omni-channel experiences, while welcoming customers and coaching a diverse team.

This role requires a positive mindset, strong communication, the ability to multitask, and solid computer skills. A high school diploma or GED is expected, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Become product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
• Greet customers warmly and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Lead and coach others to achieve omni-channel service standards.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, drive results, address concerns promptly.
