Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, driving results and resolving customer concerns.
• Build customer loyalty through programs, including credit.
• Support store team with asset protection, safety and operational controls.
• Provide timely feedback to the Store Manager and recognize performance.
