• Become product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omni‑channel expectations.
• Lead assigned business focus areas with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns.
