Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families in a Phoenix area store. You will celebrate new parents and grandparents, introduce our baby essentials, and help prepare for the first day of school with warmth and product knowledge.

You will foster an inclusive environment, coach staff on service standards, and drive results through assigned business focus areas while handling lead on duty responsibilities as needed.
