Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Chico, CA. You will be in-store face of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves and building displays, while coordinating with store teams to ensure products remain in stock.

You will drive a personal vehicle within a 25–35 mile radius, open weekends and holidays, with 22–28 hours per week starting early morning. Prior retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos using Salesforce/DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical tasks like lifting and moving product.
