Job summary

Mondelēz International in Grass Valley, CA seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, execute displays, and manage in-store presence for iconic snacks such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will visit stores, capture photos, build relationships with store staff, and order products via iPad using Salesforce while following RTM plans and daily schedules. This role requires physical activity and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable for lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Grass Valley, CA; secondary Yuba City, CA.
• Open availability including weekends/holidays; start by 5 am; 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company; deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; physical aspects of the role (lifting, bending, moving product).
