Job summary

You will engage customers, upsell aligned products, and help maintain merchandising standards to enhance the in-store experience. The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach with a flexible schedule, including weekends, and a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
• Additional availability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: Uphold high retail standards to ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Initiate conversations with customers to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and recommend products through suggestive selling.
• Promote loyalty enrollment and achieve weekly sign-up goals.
• Learn about new products and trends to engage customers and meet personal sales targets.
