Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Chattanooga, TN to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, explain products, and help create a memorable shopping experience while representing our values.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, educate guests on AE & Aerie lines, enroll them in loyalty programs, and resolve guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help shoppers find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done with integrity.
