Job summary

Aerie/AE is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador at The Outlets At Tejon Ranch. You will bring the brand to life, making every guest's visit special and representing our company values with your authentic self.

You’ll guide guests through product details, contribute to loyalty program education, and flex across salesfloor and stock areas to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You should be energetic, capable of multitasking in a busy setting, and available during evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Patient-facing customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great guest experiences.
