Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families in McClane City, LA. You will welcome customers, showcase baby essentials, and lead a portion of the store's focus area with coaching to the team.

As a leader, you will model exceptional service standards, foster an inclusive environment, and handle Leader on Duty tasks while driving sales and customer satisfaction. A strong internal development mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer and technology skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Availability that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities and drive results.
• Provide timely feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager.
• Support store team with asset protection and safety.
