Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Proficient with Outlook and basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate sizing from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving concerns.
• Coach others using customer feedback to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs including credit.
