Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Council Bluffs to lead brand-focused customer interactions and drive sales results on the floor. You’ll welcome families, coach teammates, ensure outstanding service, and maintain an inclusive, safe environment while executing store initiatives and supporting Leader on Duty duties as needed.

This role requires a positive mindset, strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and comfort with using Outlook and Excel for daily operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and execute assigned business focus areas and coach team to success.
