Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, introduce our baby essentials, and help prepare for school moments in our Florence, SC location.

You’ll coach and develop the team, foster an inclusive environment, and drive store results through planning and execution. Carter’s supports training, growth, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge on baby essentials and brands.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver excellent omni-channel service.
• Manage assigned business focus areas with planning and follow-through.
• Support Leader on Duty responsibilities and resolve customer concerns timely.
• Foster an inclusive, safe work environment and uphold store standards.
