Job summary

Carter's, Inc. seeks a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and model inclusive service on the sales floor and across channels to ensure a positive shopping experience. Lead a small team, drive sales for baby essentials from preemie to size 14, and support store operations with a positive culture and timely customer resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter's brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach others to success and drive results in an omni-channel environment.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly.
