Responsabilités

• Act as Brand Ambassador, delivering exemplary client service and developing relationships with clients and communities.
• Drive sales by leveraging product knowledge and suggesting appropriate items.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers about events and new arrivals.
• Support store operations with daily tasks and maintain visual standards.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and perform key holder duties when needed.
