Leap Inc. is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to represent our boutique in Las Vegas, delivering exceptional customer experiences through authentic engagement and thoughtful product recommendations.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and help shoppers feel confident in their purchases. You'll support daily store operations, assist with visual merchandising and inventory, and handle opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.

• Assist with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and daily operational priorities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, keyholder responsibilities, and assigned operational tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure a consistent store experience.
