Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a part-time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to be the first contact with shoppers at retail locations, spark interest in our water systems, and collect leads for the sales team.

You’ll engage customers, explain benefits clearly, provide an excellent experience, and support marketing with feedback, while standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable starting conversations and generating interest in our services.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help improve outreach efforts.
• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
