Carroll Water in the United States is seeking a friendly Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to join our in-store team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and collecting leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys engaging shoppers, and can manage your own schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail locations and events.
• Engage shoppers and initiate conversations about our water systems.
• Educate customers on benefits of our products in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer general questions.
• Share customer feedback with marketing to improve outreach.
• Set up and breakdown demo displays when needed.
