Job summary

Carroll Water seeks a friendly Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers in retail locations and generate qualified leads for the sales team. You will explain the benefits of our water systems, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role is part-time (up to 30 hours/week) with weekend availability, some evenings, and a base pay of $20/hour plus commission opportunities. Training and potential growth are offered by a family-owned company.
