TEAM is an award-winning experiential marketing agency seeking a part-time Promotional Specialist to represent our client’s brand at events in the designated market. You will engage with consumers and help build brand affinity, working with a Regional Manager who assigns events, trains you, and reports results.

This role targets a fun, outgoing individual with prior marketing events experience. You will distribute materials, capture moments with photos, and support activation setup and teardown

Qualifications

• Previous experience working marketing events or as a Brand Ambassador.
• Fun, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Enjoy engaging with and influencing consumers to create excitement for a brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute interactive events with consumers at local venues.
• Work with Regional Manager to train, assign events and report results.
• Encourage consumer participation and engagement at activations.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
• Share best practices and event photos with the Regional Manager.
• Build brand awareness and help grow client membership.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown of assets.
