Job summary

TEAM is seeking a part-time Promotional Specialist to represent our client’s brand at events across the market. You will engage with consumers, distribute materials, and help grow brand affinity through dynamic activations.

Ideal candidates have outgoing personalities, experience in marketing events, and reliable transportation. Must be 18+, with access to a smartphone, and available for part-time event work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.
• Previous marketing events or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Able to work part-time at events across the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Execute themed interactive events with consumers at local venues (retail, restaurants, bars) and other events.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager for event assignments, training and reporting results.
• Encourage consumer engagement and participation in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
• Report best practices and trends to Regional Manager with recaps and photos.
• Build brand awareness and grow client membership.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of promotional assets.
