TEAM is hiring part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at events across the designated market. You will engage with consumers, build brand affinity, and help grow the brand's popularity in local venues.

You will work with the Regional Manager, receive training, and report results after each event. You can leverage a smartphone to capture activity and communicate outcomes, while maintaining a fun, energetic presence at events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.
• Previous experience working in marketing events as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun, themed, interactive events at local venues and special events.
• Work with the Regional Manager, who assigns events, trains you, and reports results.
• Encourage consumer engagement and participation in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items provided.
• Articulate best practices and trends to the Regional Manager with event recaps and photos.
• Build brand awareness and help grow client membership.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown of promotional assets.
