Job summary

TEAM is an experiential marketing agency creating memorable brand experiences. We are seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at events across local markets, engaging consumers and building brand affinity.

You will work with a Regional Manager to run events, distribute materials, encourage participation, and capture event photos for recap. Prior promo or brand ambassador experience is a plus, and a friendly, outgoing personality is essential.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging personality and ability to interact with consumers at events.
• Previous experience in Marketing events or as Brand Ambassador is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
• Work with the Regional Manager who assigns events, trains and reports results
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation
• Distribute marketing materials or promotional items
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos
• Build Brand awareness and help increase client members
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets
