Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and able to educate guests while promoting loyalty programs.

Flexibility is key as you’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns with integrity and a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and engagement using the AEO Selling Model.
• Able to explain AE/Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promotes AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flexible to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Demonstrate teamwork and contribute to store objectives.
• Uphold integrity and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team to get the job done and maintain store standards.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies.
