Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience for every guest and representing our values with authenticity.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering a great guest experience.
• You have worked in retail before and understand store operations.
• You are at least 16 years old and available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
