Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Fargo, ND. You’ll bring the brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE/Aerie products, engage using the AEO Selling Model, and help guests find great fits while supporting store operations across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom. You’ll be a strong team player, energetic, with a passion for retail and guest service, and available to work evenings,

Qualifications

• Part-time retail role requiring upbeat, guest-focused service.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and propose fitting options.
• Introduce and explain the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move and adapt across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and contribute to achieving store goals.
