Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Fargo, ND. You will bring the brand to life in-store, helping guests find the right AE and Aerie products and sharing the brand love while building loyalty.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering an amazing shopping experience and resolving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be personable and able to engage with guests.
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and helping customers find the right items.
• Experience in retail is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and guide them to products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist colleagues to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
