Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store.

You will help guests find exactly what they want, share product knowledge, and promote the AEO loyalty program while modeling our brand values. As a team member, you will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service and resolving guest concerns in line with store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail or customer-focused roles is helpful.
• People-facing role with ability to learn AE/Aerie product details.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent in-store service.
