Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Lansing, MI is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing shopping experience and strengthen brand loyalty. You will be the face of the brand, helping guests find items, sharing product details, and guiding them to AE/Aerie loyalty programs.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, solving guest questions, and upholding store policies with integrity. Join a team that values energy, multi-tasking, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Assist with Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom tasks as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Demonstrate integrity and adherence to AEO policies.
