Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Portage, MI is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests about AE and Aerie products, and proudly represent our company values.

You’ll engage customers with energy, flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and help grow loyalty through the AE loyalty program. Previous retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirements specified beyond age 16.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You love interacting with customers and building brand loyalty.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer suggestions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete tasks.
