Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Frederick, MD. You will bring the AE experience to life, making every guest's shopping visit memorable and enjoyable.

You are the face of the brand and proudly reflect our values while connecting guests with AE and Aerie products. You will engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to keep

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
