Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Providence for part-time hours. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and build loyalty by representing our brand with a friendly, energetic demeanor.

You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, delivering a memorable shopping experience while upholding store standards and company policies. Prior retail experience is a plus; must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great service.
