Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Alpharetta, GA to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and excited to build brand loyalty with each guest.

You will move across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest questions while upholding store policies. Join a team that values energy, integrity, and guest delight.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AE Selling Model to help find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
