American Eagle Outfitters in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide every guest an amazing shopping experience. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while staying true to our values.

• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a collaborative team player and support teammates.
