Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You will embody the brand, share product knowledge, and drive loyalty participation while staying true to our values. You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom as needed, providing energetic, customer-focused service and resolving guest concerns within policy.

Qualifications

• You're a people person.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You're at least 16 years of age.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
