Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and help drive daily sales goals. They engage customers, begin building clientele, support store initiatives and training, and leverage omnichannel tools to broaden product discovery and purchasing options.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals by focusing on customer needs and proactive selling.
• Deliver consistent, brand-aligned customer experiences and represent store vision.
• Support and participate in team training and company initiatives to execute business results.
• Utilize omnichannel tools and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to convert sales.
• Maintain sales floor standards, merchandising and store presentation at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, category opportunities and store performance.

Requirements

• Retail or related high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight travel as required.
• Ability to learn and use new technology to support the customer purchasing experience.
