Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that helps achieve daily sales goals and supports store initiatives. They serve as front-line representatives who engage customers, begin to build clientele, and support overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Provide personalized service and represent brand expectations on the sales floor.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and in-store technologies (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to support alternative purchasing.
• Participate in team training and support company and store initiatives to execute business results.
• Maintain sales floor standards, merchandising and product presentation at all times.
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
