Job summary

Pj Fitzpatrick is seeking energetic individuals to start a sales career and grow into an outside sales role. You’ll represent the brand at events, engage customers, and learn proven sales techniques while earning commissions.

The role offers part-time hours with potential for full-time, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus, not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm; coachable and Open to feedback.

Schedule & Flexibility:

We’re primarily hiring part-time, with flexibility—but if you’re the right fit and ready to go all-in, full-time opportunities are available.

Pay: Hourly rate starting around $17.50 plus commissions!
