Qualifications

• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for full shifts and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AE Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and recommend items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to a positive store environment.
