Job summary

TEAM is seeking a part-time Promotional Specialist to represent our client’s brand at events, engage with consumers, and build brand affinity across markets.

You'll work with the Regional Manager, execute themed activations, distribute materials, and help grow the client’s membership while ensuring a fun, professional presence at every event. Must have reliable transportation and access to a smartphone to participate in real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Fun, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Enjoy engaging with consumers to create excitement for a brand.
• Experience in marketing events, Brand Ambassador, or Promo Model preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Execute interactive events at local venues to build brand affinity.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager for each event and report results.
• Encourage consumer engagement and participation in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
• Share event summaries and photos with the Regional Manager.
• Boost brand awareness and grow client member base.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown of assets.
