• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log complaints in the system.
• Transition identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC related activities in line with regulations.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support the bank's brand.
• Support a belonging-focused environment and complete other duties as assigned.
