Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience and assist with product selection and order entry.
• Safely pick and load customer purchases into vehicles.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and foster customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare will-call orders and ship products.
• Prepare backorders and stock replenishment.
• Assist merchandising and showroom upkeep.
• Perform inventory counts and contribute to housekeeping to maintain Grainger standards.
• Learn and navigate multiple computer systems used for customer and warehouse activities.
