Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Branch Sales Associate in Longview, TX to help walk-in customers, process orders, and perform warehouse duties. You will report to the Branch Manager and work flexible hours within branch operations.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided and heavier with assistance.
• Will learn and operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience with product selection, order entry and loading customer vehicle.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and build customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication to email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare and stage will call orders and shipping products.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure branch appearance meets Grainger standards.
