Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Associate for the Everett, WA location.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with an afternoon shift from 12:30pm to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will engage walk-in customers, select products, enter orders, and support warehouse activities while reporting to the Branch Manager. Compensation ranges from $21–$27 per hour with benefits starting on day one, including medical/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection and accurate order entry.
• Safely pick and load customer purchases into vehicles.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and basic warehouse tasks.
• Learn company computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Maintain branch appearance and comply with safety guidelines.
