Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Branch Sales Associate for Everett, WA. This part-time role (20 hours/week) runs Monday–Friday from 12:30pm–4:30pm, focusing on helping walk-in customers and performing warehouse tasks.

Base pay ranges from $21 to $27 per hour, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one. You will handle customer interactions, assist with product selection, and ensure accurate order entry and safe loading for customers.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Learn and operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, picking, and loading the vehicle.
Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipments.
Prepare backorders and put away stock received.
Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment and inventory counts.
Learn and navigate various computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
Perform housekeeping to meet Grainger standards.
Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
