Job summary

ASM Global seeks a Part-time Ticket Seller Supervisor for the Peoria Civic Center. You will supervise part-time ticket sellers during evening and weekend events, handle cash and reports, and ensure smooth box office operations.

Starting pay is $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include Paid Leave and 401k. Applicant must pass background checks and complete the Legends Global online application.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash according to established procedures.
• Prepare ticket seller cash drawers at shift start.
• Audit and balance ticket seller cash drawers at shift end.
• Ensure selling supplies are stocked and available for ticket sellers.
• Sell tickets to patrons as needed.
• Enter data, update spreadsheets, and produce executive sales reports.
• Provide sales information to authorized parties as needed.
• Communicate with Event Staff and Promoters throughout events.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
• Handle patron/seller issues as they arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
