Aufgaben

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to Box Office opening; Box Office opens 1 hour before event start time.
• Sell tickets at the Box Office using PAC ticketing software.
• Print and distribute Will Call tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service and information to PAC patrons.
• Escalate safety concerns to PAC Manager on Duty or Theater Event Manager.
