Responsibilities

• Search, input, and update customer data in Tessitura or similar systems.
• Process single tickets sales, subscriptions sales, and exchanges.
• Answer questions about current and upcoming productions.
• Maintain knowledge of Box Office operations and procedures.
• Provide clear communication with patrons and staff, in person and written.
• Demonstrate friendly, professional customer service.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Represent Zach Theater professionally.
